When does the course start and finish?
The course is a completely self-paced online course – you decide when you start and when you finish.. Upon completion and successfully earning at least a score of 70% on the final test you will receive your certificate.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does one year access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for a year – across any and all devices you own.
When do I get the Certificate of Completion?
After viewing the course in total and receiving a passing score (70% multiple retakes allowed), you will receive a certificate that you can download and send to your loan officer or loan processor.
